The two laws have responded to the new problems in the protection of minors in recent years, such as establishing a system for preventing and controlling bullying by students, a system for preventing sexual assault and harassment of minors, improving the network protection system for minors, and establishing a mechanism for screening and early intervention of minors’ mental health. The Law on the Protection of Minors also adds "network protection" and "government protection" on the basis of the original "four protections" of family, school, society and justice, which makes the system pattern of the protection of minors more perfect.
